Letter of Thanks to supporters, friends and lovers of Malcolm Shabazz,

We would like to first send out thanks and much love to those of you all who sent money to the Hajj Malcolm Shabazz funeral fund that was on the internet. We are totally in awe of not only the response but how people donated from small amounts to large amounts. We can truly say that the "people" by the Grace of God buried young Malcolm. When we saw how people stepped up during such a hard time for Ms. Qubilah Shabazz and helped to bury her son it was a testament to the saying, by God's leave, that "Power is in the hands of the People".

We would also like to thank all of the different people and organizations that helped finance this funeral. There are too many names to mention and with fear of forgetting any individual we will refer to everyone in groups.

To the Shia ulama and community, thank you for the love and support of young Malcolm and helping us to send him to the next life as a follower of Ahlul Bayt (the Prophets's Household). He was shrouded in a Kafan (shroud) with the prayer of" Joshaan Kabir" inscribed on it. May it serve as an armour and protect for him in the grave. Keep him in prayer and inshallah he will be greeted at the pond of Kawthar in Paradise by the Best of Men, Women and Families." Indeed, We have granted you, [O Muhammad], al-Kawthar" Quran 108:1

Much thanks to the Sunni organizations and brothers who gave both financially, materially and spiritually. This is proof that all of the sectarian problems in the Umma (Islamic Community) can be solved through "unity of purpose", love of Allah, the Prophet (AS) and his family regardless of school of thought. Wahdat (unity) is the key to success. Allah says, " Hang on to the rope of Allah and do not divide yourselves" Quran 3:103.

To all the Christians, Hebrews and other faiths who helped and contributed to this funeral, we send you a special thanks with peace and tranquility. All the believers in the Supreme Creator and Grand Architect of the Heavens, Earth and all that is between have a place with the Creator who is Merciful and Full of Love. "How good and pleasant it is when brothers live together in unity!" Psalm 133:1

Thanks and Freedom to all of the Revolutionary groups and individuals, of different beliefs, who came from all over America, such places as DC, Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles and Miami. Your revolutionary spirit was felt at the funeral indeed. The present of BPP/BLA Cubs, Native Americans activist, Moors, ex- Crip, Bloods, Stones, and other street organizations and revolutionary groups coming together with no problems shows the love and dedication the streets and "people" had for young Malcolm and his revolutionary Grandfather Malcolm X. I will name one person by name only because of her special revolutionary background, a deep special thanks to Yuri Kochiyama, who could not make it to the funeral but was represented by her daughter. She was in inspiration to young Malcolm and a sincere follower of his Grandfather. "Each generation must, out of its relative obscurity, discover its mission, fulfill it or betray it." Franz Fanon
Let us all continue to remember and support, all of the revolutionary grassroots activist and organizers of the past who have given their lives, are incarcerated and whose families have suffered. It is our duty to help, support and recognized their sacrifices to Freedom Justice and Peace for humanity. The burial of Young Malcolm was and is proof of the deep love the "People" have for these Divine Values.

Again if we have forgotten anyone forgive us, this ordeal has been and is still difficult. At a later time I will write a more detailed letter concerning the funeral and death of Young Malcolm.

We just wanted to show love and gratitude to all of those who helped.
